Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. We look forward to returning to Amber Hotel Resort in the future!

We loved our stay here. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, but the hotel gave us a voucher which we used on room service. The food was lovely and portion sizes were huge! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was good. The room itself was larger than we expected and had everything we needed - there was a balcony that surrounded the whole apartment with views of the city and nearby horses - which would have been lovely to sit out on if it was warmer. Wifi was good. Location was good - we were close to the mountain road and Jeju City. Took about half an hour to drive back to the airport on our last day.

Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. I wish I could’ve given him a bigger thank you than what I did
