Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. We look forward to returning to Amber Hotel Resort in the future!

The facilites with all the necessary details to make you feel confortable. The nature around us and the meals served both at breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner with amizing views of Jeju at distance. If I would visit Jeju again I will select this hotel again for sure

Quiet, pretty, luxury resort in countryside, excellent rooms with outdoor onsens/baths, cinema projector in huge room, great art and sculptures around resort, fantastic helpful staff and great breakfast. Good outdoor pool and sauna too.

The breakfast buffet was of good quality. There was a slight incident with the porridge, but the staff were on point with taking care of the matter. I do wish there was a bit more variety in the salad dishes. The Korean side dishes were delicious.

Everything is perfect! The staffs are friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room are quite new and with good qualities. Nice view in the mountains.
